Natasha Tameika Cobbs Leonard is an American gospel musician and songwriter, born on July 7, 1981, in Jesup, Georgia, U.S.
She is the daughter of Bishop Fritz Cobbs and Pastor Bertha Cobbs. In 2017, she married Kenneth Leonard, and in 2021, the couple adopted a son named Asher.
Tasha has released numerous hit songs that have brought her great success, delighted her fans, and earned her multiple prestigious awards.
At the 56th Annual Grammy Awards, Cobbs won the Grammy Award for Best Gospel/Contemporary Christian Music Performance. She has also received 15 Stellar Awards, 3 Billboard Music Awards, and 9 Dove Awards.
Cobbs began her music journey in 2006 after moving to Atlanta, where she became a charter member of the dReam Center Church of Atlanta under the leadership of Bishop William Murphy.
